Farmer Phil Bond is as the name suggests a working, hands on sheep farmer. Therefore orders received via email, will be collated each evening.
In practice the system will work as follows:
Orders received up to and including Tuesday evening will receive their lamb nine days later on the Thursday of the following week.
This will ensure that the lamb has been correctly hung in a chiller for a week, enhancing the natural flavor and eating quality.
The lamb is then jointed to the customer‘s specifications, packed and dispatched by courier.
Someone must be available to receive the order on the delivery date.
